Creating a High Commitment, High Performance (HCHP) Organization

Date: August 11, 2017 Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Session 4 of 4
Event Description In business, it is often suggested that good guys can’t win and that profit margins come before people. This workshop, the fourth featured in the Summer Leadership Series, will examine some of the practices used by the “Best Companies to Work For” and apply it to small and mid-sized organizations.

The facilitator, Maggie Owens, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP and the owner of Human Capital Consultants, LLC, will help companies find that sweet spot between performance, organizational values, and leadership character. You will learn strategies that create an organization that is better on the INSIDE than it is reputed on the OUTSIDE.

The lessons learned from HCHP companies can be replicated personally or professionally. This workshop is a must for all leaders who want to develop an edge that comes from building a resilient organization, enhancing the employee value proposition (EVP), and creating a unique competitive advantage.

Cost is $139 per person. Contact RTEC at (605) 668-5700 with questions and register at www.sdmanufacturing.com/events.
