Come join us for our OPEN HOUSE Thursday February 9th from 5 to 7pm. 2900 Douglas Ave Yankton SD. We will have beautiful apartments to tour and grab a hotdog and some chips!!!



Apple Creek Apartment Community currently has two and three bedroom units available. All our apartments have amenities of in unit washers, dryers, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ceiling fans, window blinds, connected outside storage area, and a balcony or patio for every unit. Tenants pay electricity only. Our community also has a well lit parking lot, community building for tenant use, and a playground. In addition, activities for tenants and their families are provided in the community center. We do allow comfort animals. Apple Creek is located on the north end of Douglas Ave. which is close to shopping, parks, and school districts.

Apple Creek Apartments are a Section 42 tax credit property. Income and number of household members is a factor when determining eligibility. Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
