Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant / Tax Professional in Training to join our team year-round. This role starts with administrative responsibilities and progresses into tax preparation and client service as you complete training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
  • Organize and maintain client files (physical and digital)
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation
  • Learn tax preparation processes and software
  • Prepare basic tax returns as training progresses
  • Support the team with general office operations and client follow-up

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a tax professional role
  • Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented

  • Experience in an office, customer service, or administrative role
  • Interest in accounting, finance, or tax preparation
