Management & Sales Training Program

The Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a store leadership role.  Upon completion of this 8-week , in-store, hands-on program, you will have the opportunity to to progress into an Assisted Store Manager position.  The program provides you with :

• Interaction and experiences with multiple areas of our business such as store operations, sales, people management, marketing and finance.
• Opportunities to learn from, intereact and network with team members including store management, sales representatives and account executives.
