What You’ll Do:

Customer Service & Scheduling

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer calls, emails, service questions, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage the schedules and routes of an assigned group of Pest Management Professionals (PMPs).
  • Build monthly PMP schedules and coordinate day-to-day service changes.
  • Follow through on customer and scheduling issues to make sure they get resolved.
  • Work with fellow Agents to help handle overflow calls and customer needs across our service area.

Sales & Customer Growth

  • Help prospective customers choose the right pest control services.
  • Identify sales and upsell opportunities during customer conversations.
  • Explain services, pricing, and expectations clearly and confidently.
  • Schedule new services and complete the necessary customer setup.
  • Help retain existing customers when concerns or cancellation requests arise.

Account & Administrative Support

  • Set up and maintain customer accounts, services, and schedules in PestPac.
  • Keep accurate account notes, documentation, and customer information.
  • Process payments and assist with basic billing questions.
  • Work closely with PMPs, Service Managers, and fellow Agents to keep customers serviced and routes productive.

You’ll succeed here if you:

  • Take ownership and follow things through to completion.
  • Enjoy solving problems instead of simply passing them along.
  • Communicate confidently and build rapport quickly.
  • Can juggle calls, scheduling, sales opportunities, and administrative work without losing accuracy.
  • Adapt quickly when priorities change.
  • Are hungry to learn, improve, and take on greater responsibility.
  • Work well independently while also jumping in to support the team when needed.

Preferred but not required:

  • Customer service experience
  • Scheduling, dispatching, or route coordination experience
  • Inside sales experience
  • PestPac or other CRM experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced service environment
