Abbie Peterson VanConant Named Chief Development Officer for the American Red Cross Dakotas Region

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Abbie Peterson VanConant has been named the Chief Development Officer of the American Red Cross, Dakotas Region. In this role, Peterson VanConant will oversee the regional development team in maintaining the financial health of the organization.
 
Prior to taking this position, Peterson VanConant served as the Major Gifts Officer in the Dakotas Region of the Red Cross, and previously, as the Development Manager at the Great Plains Zoo in Sioux Falls, SD. She enters this position with several years of experience in non-profit development, knowledge of the region, and a passion for helping those in need.
